"If I can give 0 star I would.. Went to my tax appointment on 02/26/2023 at 1:00PM. And no one was there waited for 10 minutes and no one show up. The other lady was working at the service desk said some people show up for there appointment and the Tax lady doesn't show up at all. REALLY BAD SERVICE!"
"Went last week to have my taxes done. Didn't realize I was missing a document from Social Security! The young lady spent quite a long time on the phone with SS to try to.get a copy faxed to her so she could complete the paperwork. In the end, the person she was talking with said a copy would be mailed to me. The tax preparer, whose name was Antoinette Peterson, said she would be available to finish the job as soon as I could get the form to her. Fast forward to Monday and I received the form. I went back to Antoinette so she could finish. Things went well, but then the small card reader wouldn't take my credit card. Long story short, she had to call in to her manager for assistance with that machine. I had shopping to do, so since we were in Walmart I left to get what I needed. By the time I was able to get my purchases (no live cashier's at Walmart!!) she had them done. Once again, I want to thank Antoinette Peterson for spending so much time getting my taxes filed!!! She went above and beyond in my book!! She deserves a raise!!!! I'd love to have her as my preparer again next year!!!"
