"So I took my already filed taxes from a different location to here to get a second look at my tax return. I sat in HR block for 40 mins with an appointment and H&R block packet and was told I can drop my documents off for a second opinion and even stated twice they were filed from another H&R block. 4 days went by and I got a call and was told that I couldn't get a second look since my documents were filed from another H&R block location..So I come from work to pickup my documents to be told I need my ID to pick them up (I am still new at filing taxes so I didnt know but it would have been nice to be notified after making a second trip there). Now I have to make a third trip there and find time to head there between work and school..After I pickup my forms, I will not be returning to this location."

"Waste of time. I watched the tax preparer screw up my information plenty of times and had to correct. Would constantly say my refund amount out loud and was not discreet. Was not personable and was not knowledge about the basics. Will not be returning here and will gladly go back to Jackson Hewitt."

"Charlie has been beyond helpful and friendly the last few years for me. I couldn’t ask for better expertise and customer service..he’s an absolute pleasure to work with. However, I paid almost $500 to get my taxes filed. This is hard for me because there are many other cheaper or free resources nowadays. H&R is just getting too expensive for me."

"H&R Block Dublin Ohio has the Worst customer service you will ever get. They messed up my taxes and told me I would have to wait till the manager came in and he would call me. Waited until 5:30 pm and decided I would call up there. Steve the manager was very rude told me he hadn't even looked over the problem. When I asked why not I was told I can't dictate how they do business and was hung up on. Called back multiple times to be hung up on and then when I asked for the District managers number he gave me the wrong number and hung up. When I tried to call back around 6:05 to get the correct number I was told he already left. I am now out 250 dollars and they didn't even do there jobs. I currently have a case open with corporate and am awaiting there response. I have always used H&R block but after this year I will never do business with them again."
