"I worked with Kevin Hamilton for 3 years. The 1st 2 years there were numerous errors that I had to correct and give to him. This past year I decided to give him one more opportunity and although I gave him my personal taxes by the 1st of March and were promised them 3 times before April 15th they were not completed on time and the errors were worse than ever. Mr. Hamilton made the excuse he had a large number of clients and couldn't complete everything on time. I spent over 8 hours auditing his rendition of doing my taxes and making a special trip back from Pittsburgh but he still didn't complete them on time although I gave him everything in an organized fashion. I was accessed a penalty by RITA that they paid after I complained. JC and Company cost more than other auditors I used, made more errors and were unprofessional at times. I would not recommend their company."
