"The sales experience was a little weird because the day of my install my original contact quit the morning of my install. While he was very professional about his departure, the owner stepped in & was very accommodating thru what im sure was a stressful time. I had a complex case because I had a warranty thru OC & the owner & office did everything they could to fix my issues & get my warranty updated.They cleaned up nicely, quick crew. I had follow ups after install to ensure I was happy with the job, I have already recommended them to others."

"Gene and his crew have been nothing but helpful through the whole process of getting our house back to normal after the June tornado came through the point. Between the lovely ladies in the office always there to answer my questions when I called and passing on the calls when they couldn’t. They came out to inspect and direct when needed the same day. "The company and all of their representatives were very professional. The representative that came out to do the estimate was dressed appropriately and arrived In a properly marked vehicle with the company name on it. What made the decision for us to go with this company was partly based on the gentleman that came out for the estimate. Unlike the other 5 companies we had out, all of them stated to me that we will have an estimate to you in 3 to 5 days. None of those companies sent an estimate in the time they stated. The average estimate received was 14 days. RoofOhios representative took the time during the visit to sit down with us and complete the estimate at that time. The only thing I would say that needs to be addressed is to improve on communication if you are not able to make it at the agreed time. Nothing major and this only happened twice , but communication is imperative. All of the workers were professional and cleaned up their work site when they were complete. I definitely will use this company again and I recommend having them come give an estimate if you need any repairs to your home."
