"Came here to get a copy of my return and the door's were unlocked yet no one was in the office and everyone's personal information could have been hacked into. This is unacceptable"

"Timothy Garner!!!! This tax advisor is awesome. Very knowledgeable regarding tax rules, such as what is allowed and what is not. Definitely knew the computer forms, breezed threw the forms, knew where to place the information, no searching for where information should be entered. He was on time, neatly dressed and was confident in his work. Offered us options with explanations of each. Our forms were so neatly organized & placed in a folder. What a huge difference from last year. We had decided if our appointment was anything like last year we would walk out. Even the office was nice. Last year it was filthy, smelly and all the staff were eating as they waited on us. It was one problem after another and to think we had to pay for that MESS. We will only return if Timothy Garner is there and able to do our taxes."

"No joke I walked in and was upset that there was only one lady working for all sorts of people. She did her job well and very effectively. Even though I gave some attitude about the situation she remained calm, cool, and collective. Even showing me forgiveness. The world is a lucky place to have her in it. 7/15/2020"

"Spent an hour in the office this morning, all that the lady did was input my information, the program calculated everything. Then when she was done she told me my bill was $421. They nickle and dime you for every form, for example, $56 for the child tax credit form - are you kidding me? H&R Block are money suckers! I do have to say the lady was really nice and helpful, but what else could she do when I let her know there was NO WAY I was paying $400 to get my taxes done. And so you know I was getting a good refund return so they were only trying to screw me cause I was getting back so much."
