"Many "uneven" cabinets from the start. Chips and imperfections and need to order pen from them to match darker colors. Easy close hardware is very tough to open drawers unless they are wider. 2/3 doors missing easy close (defective hinge). Unfortunately I waited to contact them past a year from invoice since I was busy fixing lots of other issues with new house. I thought it could be adjusted out but no way to fix cabinet alignment with warping or defective hinges. They sent Michele out to adjust the hinges but even they could only do a little better than me. Edit: Repairman was sent and was able to replace the hinges or deform them maybe a little to get doors to lineup. Although, not a perfect process, it is reasonable expectation for both parties. Al was also able to swap out a chipped drawer in the bathroom. So, I would reconsider getting cabinets from them. It's looking a lot better at this point."
