"I called after hours and was surprised to get a person. She took my info and said someone would get with me and put me on an emergency status. I waited the rest of the day and the entire next day and called again before the end of business hours. I got the voicemail that I expected to get when I called after hours. I left my info again and have waited an entire day with no call. I am very surprised they have such a good rating when their customer service is obviously wanting. I’ll spend my money somewhere else."
