"My husband and I filed our taxes in the Walmart office and had our SSNs scanned. All was done and paid on April 15. Unfortunately, we received a report that the system rejected our tax filing, and our case must be submitted manually before April 23 to avoid a fine. On April 19, we went to 8137 N Main St, and the staff there asked for our SSN cards to be scanned (this is the second time!), and he promised to mail our files immediately. Two weeks later, on May 4, we called to track our tax filing. To our shock, JH had not filed our tax yet!! Instead, JH asked again to send our copy of SSN (for the third time!) We complained but only received so many excuses. We got fined as a result. Very unprofessional and irresponsible service. Not recommended!"
