"Won't pay up for shady work he did on #harley truck"
"This guy started out to be great for me. But, after awhile his service just really went downhill. Example; one time I called him 8 times, and left 3 messages about my vehicle. Then, I finally got a call back several days later. I tried to be patient with him cause he definitely knows vehicles, but I’m out of patience. Also one time he said it would take 3 days to fix my vehicle, 2 weeks later it was done and every time I dropped in to see the progress (because half the time he doesn’t answer his phone) he wasn’t even working on my vehicle. Also another time I went to check on one of my vehicles and no one was there, and my keys were in my car. He also did the same thing to my brother in law. Yes, one more thing. I needed a power steering leak fixed and he “fixed it” but on my way to PA it leaked so much I went through 2 bottles of power steering fluid. Shall I go on?!"
"Took my car in for new tires, brakes,and oil change. Matt found other issues, presented them and had a quote ready. He is someone you can trust to actually take time and pay attention to your vehicle instead of just chaining parts. The price was very reasonable!"
"The new owner Matt is a really easy guy to work with, extremely reasonable prices. Fixed my wife’s car and when another part was needed that had caused the previous part to pop off he fixed that part free of charge. He went out of his way to make sure my wife and myself were taken care of on numerous occasions! I would recommend Matt at Shreve Mobil to anyone in the surrounding area. I’ll be taking all my automotive issues here moving forward."
