Take 5 Oil Change

"Dirtiest oil I have ever seen after it was “changed” and the tech said “looks clean to me” trying to get a refund but already getting pushed around. This place is hit or miss. This is a big miss! Used to by loyal customers but definitely not going back without this being handled properly. Then after being parked in my driveway at home for 15 minutes clearly oil leaking. What happened under there? I would say you get what you pay for but $100 is no longer worth the “convenience” and questionable quality."

"I have been getting my oil changes at take 5 for well over 2 years. Maybe more. I recently went out of town. Needed an oil change on my new vehicle. Sought out a take 5. Specifically got my oil change. Great services as usual in Toledo Ohio when I came home. I just wanted to get a top off to ensure the long miles hadn't taken up too much of my oil. I was told at a take five that I normally go to in Cleveland heights Ohio or South Euclid. That because the take five I went to was outside of their district or region. I would have to get a new oil change in order to be in their system. This is so inconvenient inconsiderate of the company itself towards the customers, especially those who have been loyal customers. I chose to give them my information to start a new file for my vehicle but I will not be returning at all. Thanks a lot for the other years of service. Take five. This is something your company truly needs to look at and revise. UPDATE****** SO.... I called the store in reference to where I had my issue and the manager himself completely explained what the ongoing corporate issue was as I can only respect it as a consumer but he did go above and beyond to rectify the situation. For now, until something happens different with corporate, this will be an ongoing thing, but I overly and utterly appreciate his openness and willingness to review my issues. Speak to me about it and try to rectify within his control. This is definitely one of the reasons why I have been going to take five for so many years. Nothing can be perfect but they have always been great in the past when it comes to customer service and their service overall that they offer with great deals! Thank you to the manager is the South Euclid Take 5!"

"Christian and DJ immediately identified why I was burning oil, told me what was high priority, and helped me afford the biggest repairs. Total of about a hundred bucks including oil change. In n out in 15 minutes. Amazing job!"

"This Take 5 was the best!! I went to another place before and the service wasn't as great. Fridays at 12p are a great time to go because there was no wait. The man helping me (forgot to get his name) made me feel welcome and really improved my experience. He answered all my questions thoroughly. Overall a highly satisfying experience and I'll definitely return for my next oil change. 2nd time at this place and another wonderful experience!! Christian was so helpful and performed other services and checks that I never knew I needed. Got my first cabin filter replacement without feeling stupid. Thank you again!"
