"My complaint is not with the staff. The system is intolerable. I am used to staying in my car during the oil change. Instead, I had to wait, awkwardly and uncomfortably, in a cold and unwelcoming room with a monitor playing Jiffy Lube promotional material on a loop. Also, the service was incredibly slow. My time is not valued by your company. I will NEVER use Jiffy Lube again."
"i am not complaining. i am in sales , and if any of my customers had a issue with my filters i was selling them...i would want to know. again..i am not asking for any retribution. the past two oil changes.. my oil filter has started leaking oil about 1,500 to 2,000 miles before my oil changes.. having the oil leaking from motor oil filter has made me stop by earlier than scheduled oil changes. i asked the jiffy lube technician if they are having issues with the filter seals....no complaints... i just wanted to bring this to your attention. merry Christmas to all"
