"They did not complete the job that they set out to do on my car. They said they could not fix the puncture in my tire, so they had me order a $300 tire from them. They took a long time to put it on, and then when they came out, they said they couldn’t get the spare tire back in so we would just have to deal with the spare tire sticking out. They did not finish the job, but I had to pay for the job. Next time, I will not take my car here. I should’ve read the other reviews first which stated, do not take your car here unless you’ve purchased their tires. Lesson learned. But hopefully others will read the reviews first. Also, The lady working there was extremely unfriendly. Overall not a pleasant experience."

"Bought 4 new tires there in February 2023, and they offered free tire rotation after so many miles. Sounds like a good deal, right? Well, in December 2023, I went back for the tire rotation, and when I got my car back, one of the low tire pressure sensors in my car had been broken. The low tire pressure indicator on my dashboard now blinks when I turn the car on, so it always appears as though one of my tires is low. This was not happening when I dropped my car off When I brought this to the managers attention, I was basically told “Oh well, those break all the time. It wasn't our fault but we’ll replace it for $70”. Of course this answer was not acceptable, so I went back another day and spoke with a different manager. Got the same answer! These people obviously do not care about their customers. This issue could have easily been resolved by them, and should have been since the damage obviously occurred while my car was in their care. Instead, they have lost my business, and I strongly suggest that you all take your cars elsewhere."

"Last week my membership paid for itself. A new battery for my car cost over $200. I found it at Costco for $90. Just 2 months ago I put brand new Michelin tires on my car. They're efficient friendly and the price is right"

"I had an amazing experience with the tire center! I had originally come to put air in my tires because I got the notification on my dashboard. When I went around to look, it ended up being pretty flat, likely punctured after I hit a curb earlier in the week. Josh worked very diligently with me to get a new tire for an amazing price and I was so very thankful, especially given it was an emergency situation and I didn’t have an appointment. He gave me a lot of options and helped me choose the right one to go with for my financial situation! Very grateful for all of Josh’s help!"

"The manger is worse than the employees. They couldn’t fix a small tire puncture. They claim that the threads are too low. Which does make any sense. I went to a tire shop it took them less than 15 minutes to fix it. Unprofessional people."
