She claims to not know the other one star reviewers but man, have they got her down. I have the same complaints. I asked for a refund today, 10/20/2023, because of the negligence. She said she'd come up with a bill and issue me a refund. Keep in mind I'm about to lose my house to the bank because of her. So giving me a bill is adding insult to injury."
