"The first place we went to Middlefield ohio the person did our taxes wrong. Said we owed over two thousand for federal. We discovered the mistake she said to come back in for an Amendment. We got there at 11 when they opened waited for over an hour person never showed up. We then went to the Chardon office that person got it fixed and we have money coming back not oweing. Would recommend not going to Middlefield Ohio office. That first person charged us a huge amount for doing our taxes. I think she over charged us and still couldnt do the taxes correctly. So we are not satisfied with Jackssin Hewitt Tax Service. Thinking never to go there again."
