A Refund Advance loan allows you to get money before your tax refund arrives, which can often take weeks from the IRS. While Refund Advance is no longer available this year, we did offer Early Refund Advance at select locations from December 11, 2023, until January 14, 2023, and No Fee Refund Advance from January 2, 2024, until February 11, 2024.

"If I could give zero stars, I would. They deserve it. There was an issue and I was left entirely on my own. Tried to schedule an appointment to get it fixed. "The office is closed for the season. Had to go to the "" inside the Oregon Walmart, which was a temporary Kiosk. They took a second set of w2s, then ghosted me. I ended up filing on paper by myself. Given the level of competency I encountered, I go to the State of Ohio website to check on my state taxes. This is when I get the lovely surprise that they didn't even bother to file my state return!"
