"If I could give 0 stars I would. Last year an employee of this location stole my identity and Jackson Hewitt has said nothing other than "that sounds horrible" about it. I still have not received my refund from last year due to the identity theft still no help or contact from Jackson Hewitt either than them wanting me to come back and file taxes with them again.are you crazy?!"

"I've done my own taxs for years with turbo tax and gotten always gotten a good return but with the stimulus checks and the advance CTC credit I wanted to make sure I had them done right this year. So I called and had an appointment within an hour I got there everyone was very happy and very welcoming experience. And after the lady did my taxs Come to find out I had been cheating myself out of credit all these years my return they was able to get me was the biggest I had every got and will definitely be using them from now on and I was approved for an advance even though I already received my CTC advance super super pleased with the service and the refund they was able to get me was out of this world!!!"
