"These folks went above and beyond our expectations!!!! We just bought our 1924 home and the previous owners had an inspection that claimed the roof was only 6 years old. Talking to neighbors on both sides confirmed the roof was much older. A wind storm came through and blew off 30 or so shingles not even 3 weeks after we moved into our home. ( hadn’t even made the first mortgage payment!) Kerrigan went to bat with our new insurance company! They saw the damage and were able to get the entire roof repaired!!! Came out on a Friday morning and was done by Friday late afternoon!! All the old damaged shingles and boards were removed, swept the yard for nails that may have fell to the ground during the repair!! These guys are FANTASTIC!!!
