Although Refund Advance is no longer available this year, we offered Early Refund Advance at select locations from December 11, 2023, until January 14, 2023, and No Fee Refund Advance at most locations from January 2, 2024, until February 11, 2024.
We offer appointments for in-person tax preparation, drop-off tax preparation, and assistance with IRS letters. It is recommended to book an appointment online or call us at (419) 269-1040 to reserve time with a Tax Pro, although walk-ins are also welcome at our 4913 Dorr St office. Our Tax Pros at this location speak English.

Not knowing that where I booked an in person appointment with someone on the phone was a drop off location only. Not having my return ready for me to sign when I showed up for my appointment. To charging me $55.00 to pay them with my return which I didn't agree to because I had the cash in hand to pay. Go somewhere else, anywhere else."
