"This office is joke!! Had an appointment Friday afternoon and the guy who was supposed to be helping me file my taxes needed to stop practically every two minutes to seek help from his coworker. Mind you my tax infomation is not complicated. It was clear he barely had a clue what he was doing and he obviously needed more training! Not even 24 hours later I received a call from the guy who filed my taxes asking me to return his call. I called him back on Monday, come to find out he didn't put my information in correctly and not only would it decrease my return by at least $100 but I need to schedule another appointment with him to go over the mistake he made and resign the corrected documents. I called the office back the very next day and asked to speak with the supervisor of that office. After waiting for over 10 minutes on hold I was finally transferred to the assistant supervisor. She asked for my name and right away said her boss will have to call me back to discuss the issue, she took my number and assured me I'd hear back from the supervisor asap. More than 24 hours later I have yet to get a call back from the supervisor!! So much for their 100% Accuracy Guarantee and Satisfaction Guarantee! I should've just filed my taxes myself and saved myself from an unneeded headache!!!"
