"I don’t know if the workers are overwhelmed, but the lack of attentiveness from the staff is sad. I scheduled an appointment with Emily in regards to a letter I received in the mail, and if it was not addressed in 60 days, I would owe the state money. So, obviously I was nervous and overwhelmed at that point. Emily called me almost a week before our scheduled appointment, rudely asking me to upload images of my letter from the state and other things, like my W2s. I explained that I couldn’t because I was at work until 5, then she once again rudely told me that she was in the office until 7. I went home and uploaded the images- no call. Okay, fine. Then the day of my appointment came, and she did not call me at all. A week passed and I attempted to make an appointment with someone else in the same office, but again I got Emily. Day of appointment came and she actually called! She didn’t even remember who I was, and once again said she would call me back to look over the uploaded papers. I just needed to know what to do because I can’t afford to pay that out or back, and she is dragging her feet on getting back to me. I shouldn’t have to hound and harass her to get help. I have called the office several times asking for help and she never called me back. It’s been over a week and I still haven’t heard from her. It’s frustrating at this point because I genuinely feel like she’s dropping the ball. To this day, I still am getting the run around!"

I had so much anxiety before I walked in. Their willingness to get your best outcome took that anxiety away. An I left with a smile. An you better believe Im getting the same person next year!"

"The appointment sign up suggested an hour completion time, and it was almost precisely that. However, I think it could have been significant quicker. I mean no ill will, but in both of this company's locations I've visited, the typing speed of the tax preparers left a lot to be desired. Specifically at this location, my prepared seemed a little uncertain how to handle a few aspects of my return. She asked her coworkers for assistance, and got it, but it didn't inspire complete confidence. The staff was accommodating enough, offering coffee several times. Price was about what I expected for this sort of service. Overall it was a decent, but not incredible, experience."
