"Initially they seemed like they were interested in working with us for a family situation regarding custody of a minor. They got the process started and we happily paid the invoice they sent us. Then they ghosted us and have been sending us bills for a couple of years now for work they never did. No responses from them when contacted, no emails....just invoices in the mail. Wasted time and money for nothing. Stay far away!!!!"

"If you get her as a GAL, request a new one!!! She was bias through out the whole thing. Lied about things I never said, threw out reports from actual professionals backing what I was saying. My lawyer had to push her to actually do her job and do more than 1 15 minute visit with my child. Lied in court saying I was refusing to cooperate. She has no business being a GAL and playing with children lives!!"

"Began working with Laura for help obtaining custody for minor family members. After signing papers, I received no updates. Made several phone calls asking for updates, left some voicemails and ,some calls, spoke directly with one of the assistants. Not once did I receive a call back, even after being told we'll "call back tomorrow." After nothing for two and a half months, I stopped into the office, it was the only way I was able to get an update. The blame was put on the courts. Who am I to know any different? Long story short, of you're looking for no communication and an attorney who doesn't seem to have any motivation to fight for what you're fighting for, Laura Justen is perfect!"
