"your office refuses to protect a victim of domestic violence. Not just one incident many are on police reports.. when your office was informed that at least eight of these were done in the presence of children you still refuse to prosecute that person. Although as I understand it , it is supposed to up the degree of felony when done in the presence of a child. Which I informed you has done irreparable damage to one particular child. Yet you project the perpetrator. How is it that some people have civil liberties and are afforded the luxury of not living in fear and suffer physical beatings and others absolutely do not.?? What about Marcy's law? Not for Paulding County?. why??? I voted for that law and it passed in Ohio . But not here in this County I guess. The victim cannot even get victims advocate because you will not prosecute the perp. You have caused irreparable damage to said person and at least one of the children that have witness this cruelty. To you the prosecutors have decided to do nothing but laugh at this poor person should be damned ashamed of yourself. In this day and age there's absolutely no excuse for not recognizing the crime that has been committed and brought to you only to further abuse victim by doing nothing. Your unwillingness to help this particular victim has not gone unnoticed"
