"Had a return from Amazon, which was supposed to be totally free, but they charge me two dollars to tape the box! First off this is against the Amazon policy which I’m going to let them know about and secondly it’s a total rip off."
"Went into the store to drop off a USPS package only to be turned away. Confirmed with manager that they don’t want to upset the USPS postal worker for, get this, having packages that ship USPS. As a former employer of TUPSS, this store is NOT in-compliance with TUPPS, inc. and they are purposely misleading consumers."
