"I’m not sure if the stores is under new ownership, but I’ve always been treated with great customer service and really nice people that work there. I went in there on November 3. A very young man treated me quite rudely and weirdly. There was a new blonde woman with him hanging signs. I have never seen either of these two people before. I will not be going back to this UPS store."
"3 people were working in the store when I came in to ship a laptop today (02/07 @ 3:30ish), every single one of them were beyond friendly and provided excellent customer service. I really appreciated that. The employees were also helping one another which I thought was cool too."
"this ups are the worst of shipments send a box that was perfectly packed in fact I even asked the staff if it was okay and they said yes. identified as fragile with tags. and my items inside that were fragile had a double bubble bag for protection. but apparently something heavy fell into the box and it burst. They changed the box of stolen things, others arrived open and broken. I filed the claim and now they tell me that my box was not well protected. How was it not well protected if glass things that I sent arrived injected and other things like a metal thermos that arrived all bent as if something heavy had happened to it. things were stolen. please be careful with this company. so you know how they work and the same thing doesn't happen to me"
