"This is the 3rd time 20 color copies was too much work for this store. I was told "probably not" by an employee when I asked if he had time to do it."
"I have no idea how this UPS location has such high ratings. This location has now lost TWO different packages and I had to work directly with the vendors to get support because they refused to take responsibility for putting the WRONG tracking on the packages. How can you mess this up when there are labels on the package?? If you choose to go here make sure you get a receipt and check that they are sending your package to the right location. I will drive further to a different location to avoid experiencing this again."
"We frequent this UPS location often as the staff is friendly and no hassle. Have tried other locations in the area and always regret that choice and come back to the one NR as it never disappoints! 5 stars all around here! Keep up the good work!"
"The two young men working were not interested in helping. Was told the only place I could ship an item due to its odd shape was to drive to the main hub in Middleburg. When I drove over there the guy said he has no idea why the North Royalton store keeps sending people to them. Ended up going to FedEx since they were the only shipper that could help."
