"So… I really hate leaving bad reviews that would harm anyone’s business and this is probably the first one star review I ever write on google, but I’m so tired of having bad experiences at this place. After going there a couple times to see if their customer service has improved, I finally decided to never step foot there ever again. I was attended by an older gentleman for most of my visits and just makes you feel so unwelcome, almost like if he was doing you a favor to even let you in. Doesn’t look at you or makes an effort to assist. Most things I need can be done easily online or through the app, but I think supporting physical businesses helps out. Unfortunately this gentleman’s attitude makes you feel unwanted there even when you respond politely and respectful to him, he still continues to be a d#*k. I think you should still give it a try and maybe your experience there will be better than mine but just wanted to get this off my chest and maybe save someone a bad time."

"Hi All, I am a Google Reviewer and this is my 1st ONE STAR review ever. To date, I have 4,693 contributions and reviews for Google. I sold a chair $2,500 chair on Facebook Marketplace and shipped via UPS. I dropped off my chair at this The UPS Store location. I arrived about 10 minutes before closing and the lady at the counter seemed upset that my chair needed boxing. She informed me should would take care of boxing the chair and shipping it out with my pre-paid shipping label from Facebook Marketplace. So far so good. The chair was damaged during shipping via UPS and returned to me. I come to find out the chair was "boxed up" with just a plastic bag (see below pictures). My mistake by not visually confirming that the chair was boxed before leaving The UPS Store location maybe. During my attempt to file a claim with UPS I made a call to the owner of this The UPS Store to communicate what had happened. He did not care and was only interested in deflecting liability. I was not interested in directing liability to them, but rather just informing him of the situation regarding my package not being boxed up. I told him which lady was the employee I worked with during my visit and he said "Well, there is only one female that works here and I don't believe she would do that". Well, "Owner" I clearly would NOT make this up and spend my time filing a claim with UPS, calling you, and writing this Google review if this did NOT happen. It's a shame you attempted to deflect liability instead of just hearing me out and acknowledging documented facts of the situation. Even UPS is acknowledging the situation. Sincerely, No longer a customer of this location"
