"Terrible service, and the store was filthy, so filthy I felt like I was SWIMMING through all of the GARBAGE GASPING for air just so I could make it to the service counter and receive TERRIBLE service!!!! The journey was short in theory, but believe me, I felt like I had walked the Oregon trail by the end of it. Suffering, pain, sadness, trash, and terrible service is all you will receive at this store (the 9th circle of hell)."
"The kids that work here are unprofessional. I was told I needed a box when Amazon said I didn't. I stated I was irritated with the situation as I've returned stuff here regularly. So I ended up going back to my work and boxing everything. I go to walk in and the girl the first time looks at the 2nd girl and mumbles about me and the 2nd girl says I got it. I told her I boxed everything to be safe multiple times because I didn't want to have to come back a 3rd time. One box was larger than the rest and I received more attitude to where I once again stated I can take the box back I just packaged everything to be safe. I miss the ladies that used to work here or maybe I need to come at a different time when these children aren't running the store."
