"My recent visits to the UPS Store in Westlake have been incredibly frustrating. The customer service here is consistently subpar. Every time I walk in to this store, it’s always an issue. They always seem to have an attitude. the salespeople seem annoyed and impatient. It's as if they can't be bothered to assist customers who are trying to access their orders. Their huffing and puffing attitude is both unprofessional and unwelcoming. I've left the store feeling more aggravated than when I arrived. I hope the management takes notice and works on improving the customer experience."
