"By far the worst experience I have ever had. I went there for a scheduled appointment and It was supposed to be just to sign and drop off anyway and I had to sit there while she did my taxes. She couldn't get my information to save so then I had to return to do another sign and leave, then no prices were ever discussed. I was not allowed to confirm or deny whether or not I wanted to continue with the services and they took me for $700 out of my tax refund. 10/10 would not recommend. Stick with turbo tax. I'm sure the quality of return will be about the same."

"Almost June and my daughter still hasn't received her refund after Jackson Hewitt messed up her return. These "tax professionals" tried submitting my daughters taxes with a paystub which flagged her return. Great job. A single mother of 2 struggling and this is how the "professionals" do their job. This wasn't a mistake. It was ignorance and you can't have ignorance working on your taxes."

"Back in December-January I had gotten a early tax refund, only for the lady that did it to completely file my taxes with a pay stub so when I got my w2 they had to do a amendment so now they are trying to say it'll take 16-24 weeks before I get my refund even though it wasn't my fault for filing them wrong."
