"Okay folks this review is from July 24, 2020 by an old white guy. I lived on Este Av. In the year 1955. Just a few steps away from what is now Brick’s City Market. Back then Brick’s was an IGA grocery store. That place was so modern. You could actually push your own grocery cart around the store and put all your items in it. Then take it to the checkout lane. That place was the place to be seen in Winton Terrace. I loved living there. Just north in that little strip mall was a barber shop, went there many times for a haircut. My mom paid the barber .25 cents for my cut. I hope there is another 9 year old kid, who lives on Este that can write a review like this in another 50 years. Also, please don’t steal from Brick’s. Update: May 11, 2021 The grocery store was really called “Johnny’s Parkview Market”. There was also a pharmacy connected to it. My cousin let me know the real name. Sometimes the memory fades after 70 years."
