"Wish I could give 0 stars. Tried Pat's the twice. First time I had a 25% off coupon and upon pick up I was told I couldn't use it because it had expired. (They have coupons in the ads at least every month). This was my experience as a new customer. On my second visit I had dropped off clothes at the 24 drop box (a nice feature). Upon pick up I again presented a 25% off coupon, this time unexpired and completely valid. I was told this time that coupons could only be accepted at drop off. I quitely protested but accepted her answer and paid full price knowing I would never return. It just seems that they have zero regard for customer service and they simply don't care. Good for them if they have that many loyal customers that they can afford to treat a new customer like garbage. Sunbrite Cleaners is 2 seconds away so I'll be giving them my business going forward. I can also back up the other reviewer that said the worker was totally impersonal and had terrible customer service skills. This was obviously my experience as well."

"I just moved to the area and thought I would try Pat's. My old neighbor started Pat's and sold it. After a long day of work , I entered the store to pick up my shirts. The worker there was so impersonal and rude, I felt like I was imposing on her and making it so inconvenient to get my shirts (second class citizen). She showed no respect or care. I did not feel I deserved to be treated like I was imposing and difficult. I will not use Pat's again since there are so many places to go with nicer people. The shirts were ok but I would rather work with people who respect other people."

"do not trust them with anything expensive. I once took an expensive black Guess jacket there. it cost 135 bucks. when i went to pick it up, they just gave me some random black jacket that was a different brand and definitely not as nice. they compensated me financially, but if you want your clothes back, go somewhere else."
