"I never write a review, but my experience today compels me to do so. Truly customer service has been thrown out the window. I brought in two shirts and picked up some other items two days ago. I thought the presence of the clerk was off putting but I ignored it. I was told the shirts would be ready the next day after four. I asked if I could pick them up sooner as has been my experience at other locations. She rudely replied, "your ticket says four" Again, I ignored her. Today I show up earlier than four thinking that they may be ready. The clerk very rudely says, I have told you three times that your order won't be ready until after four. I asked her if she could check in the back as there was no activity going on in the back and thought perhaps, they just needed to be packaged. Again, she was rude, and I spoke on it. She told me I was welcome to go to any other location. Not only will I not do business with this location, but she has ruined me spending my money at any other Springdale Cleaners location. A simple, "let me check and see sir" would have demonstrated positive customer service and if not available, I would have returned at four as indicated. I truly hope her attitude was not racially motivated. If so, get out of Wyoming!"

"Had suit custom made and took it in to be pressed. Never worn, brand new. Was returned with stains on the jacket that we can't get out."

"I now have two suits I need tailored or replaced. Save your suits, and go somewhere nicer. I came to Springdale Cleaners after our local shop in Sharonville shut down, not realizing that this is considered a "budget" cleaner. I brought in a big order, 40 pieces or so, and was promised them back next day. When I returned the following afternoon, several pieces were missing, and a good number of others had noticeable creases, or cuffs that were rolled incorrectly. No big deal, it was a big order and a cheap price, so I wasn't expecting top quality. The cleaner promised to have them all found and redone. Then I tried on my suits. Two of them had developed bunches around the shoulders that made them look like they came to points rather than sloping down naturally. I was shocked; I'd never seen anything like this before. I had never considered that a dry cleaner could do a poor job with a suit, let alone damage it... irreparably. But after several more runs through Springdale Cleaners' facilities, this is what I'm left with- creases and bunches along the shoulders that don't iron out and make my suits unwearable in professional settings. I talked with the manager, to see if they would pay for replacement, or at least for a tailor. No budging, he would only offer for them to be cleaned again... because that worked the first two times. He blamed the glue used in the shoulder pads, saying that sometimes on the first wash there can be changes to the fabric. But I've had one of these suits for several years, and have had it washed numerous times. It's hand-tailored. This is not a manufacturer issue, and can only be the result of poor quality cleaning done with cheap supplies. Springdale Cleaners uses a centralized facility, and must be doing everything they can to keep their prices low. I am shocked not only with the cleaning job, but also with the lack of customer service, or any attempt to make right on the damages to my clothing. I'm now looking at anywhere between $200 and $1000 in costs to tailor or replace my suits. Please protect your clothing, and look elsewhere for a cleaner."
