"I know I can't be the only one tired of these old people with attitudes. Should've retired, definitely shouldn't be still working for the grocery store being a cashier. The old self checkout girl wearing blue shoes today/right now. Needs a reality check. Your in a customer service job. And... your definitely not vital to the system. A cashier, with an attitude problem. Should not be on customer service. So to the old dirty blonde lady, be someone's blessing, not the curse"

"A close friend of mine recently moved to Columbus, and went to this location tonight to shop. He can see a bit, but is legally blind. There were only do-it-yourself checkouts open. He asked for help, to no avail. When it was time to pay, he asked a worker to help him. The worker told him that he didn't know how to work the card reader. My friend left the store...with NO FOOD...and as he was walking out of the store, a couple of workers were laughing at him, and said "LONG NIGHT, HUH BUDDY???!!" They watched him struggle to scan his items, because he can't see the barcodes very well. I called the store and spoke to a night manager, and he said "I think I know who that was that did that to him" and he said "He will be written up for that" WHAT???? Your workers openly laugh at a man who needs help??? THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE."

"Staff gets 10⭐ Everything else not so much. Store is cramped. Constantly stopping and maneuvering around people. Big gripe is app does not show location of items or is very vague. Staff very nice in helping locate items. Tried to get flu shot around 2p on Saturday and they were fully booked. They sent me to the pharmacy for flu shot. Pharmacy tried for 20 minutes to locate me in their system. I gave up and left. This Kroger needs better equipment and better IT experience for pharmacy & for Kroger app to give exact location of items. Hey Kroger admin, learn from Lowes. Loews has a great system!"

"Just another Kroger in Columbus area- looks a bit oldie, but quite stocked up. The store was neat and clean, and well organized. The staff were helpful. Here people wrote about a problem regarding self check out. However, I didn’t face any problem while checking out by myself."

"UPDATE: Self checkout is still a real challenge at the Henderson Rd Kroger. Wish they had check out lanes like the ones they have at the store on Sycamore in German Village. See the photo below…. This is painful for me to write the review. Been shopping at this Kroger since it was built - over 40 years ago. The staff at this store really friendly and helpful, and I feel badly for them. Corporate has decided to increase profits by forcing customers to use self-check out. The problem is, the self check out lanes are super small - they area is too small for medium to large grocery shoppings - they are better suited for 10-12 item quick trips. There is no way to even do a large shopping in self check-out unless you put items on the floor - it overflows. It’s a mess - I’ve tried and it is a total pain. They close all the cashier check out lanes to just one open lane - so shoppers have to wait in line 4-7 customers deep even when the store isn’t busy. Their other staff who would do cashiering are picking orders for pick-up and delivery customers. Kroger’s competition (GE) has regular sized self-check out isles that can accommodate larger orders. If this location doesn’t fix this, by adding more cashiers or larger self-check out lanes, they are going to start losing loyal customers."
