"I have loved working with Hagedorn’s. I had ordered a stove from a different dealer and it came in wrong and was broken. So I decided to use Hagedorn’s instead. It did take a week longer to come in than expected and my original sales person was out of the office so I wasn’t able to get an update at first. I called and spoke with Roger about the order and he was on top of things and made sure to communicate what was going on and called to get me set up with delivery. The delivery drivers Logan and Keith were by far the most knowledgeable, kind and courteous delivery drivers I have had. They called the morning of the delivery and were great at communication. Both were very nice and respectful when here and I was so impressed with both gentleman. The stove had a heating issue and with in a couple hours they had someone from service out to get it fixed. I forgot to get his name because I was busy but he was kind, quick and explained everything to me. Your employees are the face of your business and Roger, Logan, Keith and your service gentleman were very impressive and I will definitely be back for any future appliance needs. Thank you for wonderful customer service! That is hard to find these days."

"Timmy W. and Shawn A. arrived at 10am this morning to install a new Maytag dryer. Shawn used a clamp to secure the vertical vent pipes together and connected a new flexible hose to the back of the dryer vent. Shawn ran the dryer. Timmy helped get the left side closet door realigned before leaving. We were happy with the service and the worked that was performed. I highly recommend Hagedorn for appliances and service calls."

"Everyone we worked with at Hagedorn’s was extremely kind and helpful. We came in to replace our 22-year-old washer and dryer set with something new and shiny, that will hopefully last another 40 years, seeing as that’s how often we’d like to buy new appliances. Our sales person, Aaron, was insanely helpful, as if he had been doing this for years. We never felt like he was trying to upsell us something we didn’t need, and he was always very good at explaining the different choices, even after we may have changed our minds three or seven times. We had our new set delivered and installed by Timmy and Shawn. They did a super thorough job and were very pleasant to be around. We will definitely be back in 50 years for our next washer/ dryer set, but much sooner for the rest of our new appliances!"
