"Had a wonderful experience until I didn't get all my items home. They left the guacamole out of the bag.... No biggie, right, I'll just call. And they can credit the transaction the $4...... No, they can't, you have to go all the way back to the store to get your guacamole.. I explained that I wasn't close. And it would cost me more to come back to the store. They didn't seem to care."
"Small and quaint, with high quality produce, meat, and fish. This is definitely not a supermarket, more like a higher end specialty store - sort of a cross between Trader Joe's and Whole Foods (but with the Whole Foods prices). They don't have all the major brands found in a Meijer or a Kroger, however Fresh Thyme is a great place to supplement your grocery shopping. I like the meals on the go, the coffee grinding station, and the freshly ground peanut butter - yum! We also like the selection of Cadence Kitchen frozen dinners, which are more pricey than a Lean Cuisine, but taste great! The store is clean and bright, staff is friendly and helpful. Right on 23 in Worthington. Drive around to the back for the parking lot and entrance."
