"I've been a VCB customer for almost seven years and what I like best is the fact that everyone, for the most part, knows my name and it's truly a "small town bank". Also, their products are very competitive as I shopped around before I decided to finance our home mortgage and their rates were the same as the large mortgage brokers. I actually like their website and it's very easy to use, even easier than some of the larger banks that I have accounts with. And our free checking account even earns interest every month. It's not a very high rate but what other bank even pays interest on any accounts these days? I also like the fact that should any important issues arise, the CEO will personally take your call.
