"Very dissatisfied. The closing kept getting prolonged. Some of that was due to buyers lender. Then they were closed the entire week of Thanksgiving... never communicating that to my lawyer (I did sake by owner used lawyer instead of realtor). Then they had to contact the lender less than 24 hours before closing to see if we could do it electronically as I eventually moved out of state things were taking so long. The thing is the lender had already agreed to online signing. There were a few questions Rapid Title had to ask that had already been answered. They claimed SEVERAL times to have called and emailed me when they didn't. Or acted like they had to wait a long time for a response when I usually responded same day. One time it did take me 2 days. I eventually had to ask to speak to someone else bc the person I was speaking with couldn't understand the question, " What do I need to bring with me for closing". Even then I had to ask the next person, Margareta twice to get the answer. Then Margareta acted very concerned and like I was placed on the highest priority.... I was not. She calls 15 mins before closing and asks if I could move it back so they had more time. I agreed. She also said she would be at closing. Now it's 45 mins after closing was supposed to start Margareta doesn't show. The notary showed but then their video platform isn't working properly... so neither one of us can click on things. They have wasted my time and been dishonest. I would choose elsewhere. Closing was supposed to happen 3 weeks ago and again, it isn't all their fault but they definitely played a part. I did express my frustration and they said sorry but never did anything to make it better. It was not a priority."
