"I went in to return 3 Amazon packages right after Christmas and wouldn't you know it, there was 12-15 people in there doing the same thing. I had an issue with 2 of my 3 returns that was Amazon's fault. Joe and Tim made sure I was taken care of and helped me sort out the mess I had ALL while getting their butts kicked by the flood of foot traffic coming in and out. I was extremely impressed as they did not overlook me to take care of other customers. Guys like that deserve the upmost respect as I'm sure they deal with a slew of issues all day long.
