"I had to return a package to my office headquarters this morning and was unsure of the process. Luckily for me I had Lexie at the Mason location there to help me through the process! She handed the whole transaction with ease and couldn't have been nicer about helping me with everything I needed to do. She had me in and out of the store in a flash and made sure I had all the paperwork for proof of shipment, and was an extremely helpful and nice employee."
"This little gem of a UPS store is nestled in-between a Boot Barn and Lowe’s but get the highest rating because of the personality and welcoming faces of the staff. "Madalyn. Pure and simple. I had to drop off a return to Amazon and Madalyn was kind, industrious, inventive, knowledgeable and humorous. Could NOT have been more kind. I could not find my QR Code anywhere and we couldn’t find it on Amazon either but Madalyn didn’t give up… she called her boss and problem SOLVED in literally 7 seconds or less!!!!! I was AMAZED!
