"Went in to ship some Xmas presents to my family and the older woman in the store was EXTREMELY RUDE. Telling me that I was unable to ship our package because the "label on the box was confusing". I have had multiple issues with this location and will not be going back. There are alternatives nearby that I would definitely recommend over this UPS store"
"This ups store has gone downhill since they hired two grumpy old ladies who are nothing but rude no matter what the situation is. The owner is very nice, his young staff are all very sweet, but he made a mistake hiring those two grumps. They make the whole experience hateful and I am not going to subject myself to that just to save a few blocks drive. I'll go elsewhere, thank you."
"Every time I visit this location, I'm helped by Kent. Perhaps he's a manager. I'm not certain. Regardless, he always have me covered! I returned an Amazon package, and he got me in and out after only two or three minutes. I've shipped packages out from this store, and Kent took good care of me each time. He even laughs with you if you need to laugh. Very appreciative of Kent! ✌"
