"I really wish I could give below 1 star if I could. This UPS store absolutely a disaster for the community. Very unprofessional store and staffs are rude. Messed up our very important stuff 2 times without apologize at all and in addition the older blond hair lady just kept complaining and complaining about us, the same her attitude was just horrible. I can’t imagine she would just complain about our stuff after she messed up over 2 times. Really wanted to know how the management would train their employees over there like this unprofessional way to not welcome your customers. We felt very uncomfortable, will never come in this specific location again."

"I came in tonight and as soon I walked in the door both girls rolled their eyes at me. The older woman asked what I needed. I told her I needed to ship something and I needed a box. She got very frustrated and told the other girl to help. The younger girl told me that they close 5 minutes earlier than what is currently posted online. So instead of closing at 4 they actually close at 3:55. What type of policy is that. Then change your hours online to reflect the actual time."

"I usually never write reviews but I have to this time. The gentleman upfront was very kind a polite. He helped me with all my questions politely and had my package sent without an issue. Will be glad to stop here again!"

"They are really racist and there are two mature women. They really don't have the maturity of their age. I have never seen such racism, such lack of character. And since I'm not a native American, my English accent is different and I was going to send a simple cargo to Turkey. He told me the questions he asked, and I answered them, but he knowingly did everything wrong. I told him to correct me, but he didn't. And he shouted at me. Damn, they are so racist. I am a 20-year-old young man among so many people. He had no right to offend. His harsh demeanor with his facial expressions. He was swearing to himself while doing the transaction. He banged his hand on the table. Fortunately, I have camera recordings on my phone, I will share this on every platform and I am writing the date here, maybe they will remember when the incident happened 10.11.2023"

"Employee 178684 spent so much time packaging valuable, multiple boxes. Assuring me as she went along that these boxes would arrive safely. I had planned to travel & take gifts myself but am no longer able. Her attention to my packages & me is why I’ve been a customer for years. Her coworker handled every other customer quickly & effectively while she was tied up with me for an hour. True champion that guy."
