"I went to pick up our (2) $1700 mobile phones and the employee Abby drops one of them in front of me, another customer, and 2 other employees. Before it happened I yelled, "watch out those are cell phones" and after dropping them she laughs. I said to her "are you laughing right now"? And she lies to my face and says "no" to me in front of everyone and i fire back at her "then what are you doing right now"? "How could you be laughing"? As she continues to laugh she says, "well they're in boxes." And the other 2 employees were silent. She also did not ask for ID or give me a receipt. HEY UPS, MAKE SURE THE NEXT TIME I GO IN THERE THAT YOUR EMPLOYEE ABBY IS NOT. That location's customer service is atrocious and none of them gave an apology. Time for re-training."
