"I used the notary service twice for documents. Absolutely the friendliest folks inside. The location is on a corner, parking is plentiful, and the office is clean. Highly recommend using them for any services they offer. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"Bought my house with PCTitle Pros and 6 years later selling with them too. They are helpful and accommodating. Example, I am selling my house while living in Vietnam. I signed a power of attorney for a family member to sign the deed away but found out by Ohio law my non citizen Vietnamese wife who was already in Vietnam became entitled to the house at marriage so PCTitle watched my wife sign another POA over a video conference. It is things like this that made it possible to sell our house. They will work with you and they certainly treat you with respect."

"Excellent company. Excellent people to work with, very good at what they do. They did two house closings back to back for me in about 20 minutes. They were awesome. Thank you so much for all your help."

"I am the Power of Attorney (POA) for my mothers house that I recently sold. With the Covid situation, the process was a little different. Selling the house went fine. Performance Title called and wanted to move up the signing a day earlier which was also fine with me, but they did not call my realtor to inform him of this, which he was not very happy about. They needed to take my POA paperwork and would send it back to me. I would think they would send it back in same condition that I gave it to them. They removed the staples to copy the document but did not staple it back together. The original envelope was missing. The POA paperwork had stickers on it that I had to carefully remove. I would think it would be professional courtesy to mail it back the way they found it. When they asked if I would prefer a check or to have it direct deposited, I chose direct deposit since I do not live close to a my Moms bank. I was surprised to find out there was a $50 fee to transfer the money. They should inform people of charges before the fact."
