A Refund Advance loan is a great option if you need money before your tax refund arrives, as the IRS can sometimes take weeks to send your refund. While Refund Advance is no longer available this year, Early Refund Advance was offered at select locations from December 11, 2023, to January 14, 2023, and No Fee Refund Advance was available at most locations from January 2, 2024, to February 11, 2024.
We offer appointments for in-person tax preparation, drop-off tax preparation, and assistance with IRS letters. To schedule an appointment with a Tax Pro, you can book online or call us at (740) 981-3916. Walk-ins are also welcome at our 4002 Gallia Street office.

"The location of my visit was way understaffed and my appointment was 45 minutes later than scheduled due to it. However, I was informed of the delay, she was EXTREMELY professional and helpful. The preparation was smooth and quick. The preparer was unable to print a copy of my refund information and it still haven't received the email I was told would give the information needed to track my refund status. The only reason I didn't give a lower review scores is because of the tax preparer. She was beyond swamped yet she remained polite, gave her full attention to each client, and deserves an award for her multitasking abilities!!!"
