"Typically, my experience has been excellent! However, this year was very confusing. I scheduled online for one site, and kept receiving messages for another. I showed up at the last site texted to me. There was no one there. I showed up to the site I scheduled for, an the representative had her bags packed ready to go. I explained my situation. She did reschedule for the next day. Ultimately, I got my taxes done, but was a very confusing experience."
