"I made an appointment only to have the lady call and cancel a few hours before and basically refusing to allow me to reschedule but instead pushing me to be a walk in. I in fact came in the next three days before being seen finally and even brought some paperwork she requested and then never looked at. I was never given options on packages or pricing for the services however at the end I was charged over 400 dollars for the premium package. I was told this is the only package but I see options based on the website. Keep in mind my taxes where very straightforward same job as last year everything the same. Then I was told I couldn’t have a copy of my taxes because of security purposes. When I pushed on this she gave me the copy. I just got this vibe that the woman was very for lack of a better word shady. I never should’ve gone through her and I encourage others to avoid the Walmart dry Ridge it’s awful."
