H&R Block

"Not at all happy with my service with Joshua Myers. While I understand that it's extremely busy right now, if I have to pay over $400 to get my taxes done by you, I expect you, with a smile on your face to take 5 minutes out of your time to take the appropriate steps needed to do what it takes to get my taxes done properly. I am a paying customer. I am paying for the premium service right? Yeah well, I didn't get premium service. Not only did I feel I got treated like an inconvenience when I got all the information I needed to get him to get my health insurance information and approved him to get that, but he told me he didn't have time for that and he didn't know when he would get to it. Excuse me? I am not trying to a be a Karen here but uh, I'm paying you $400 for not even 20 minutes as a whole, and you don't have time to make a tiny phone call and enter information in the software to push my taxes through? Nope, I had to do his job for him. Do not ever, ever go through hr block. I been with them for 6 years now and they have officially lost my business. I feel I was cheated and ripped off."

"So I came in being a first time customer and Cathy spent energy walking to the printer and moving her mouse than actually having any-type of meaningful conversation to help with my taxes just told me what I already knew and then decided to tell me about a consultation fee after doing nothing, when I made the appointment the NPC of a front desk woman told me nothing of any consultation fee and when I brought it up they pointed out the small 11 font word document that a 25 year old man could hardly see. These ladies put more effort into becoming emotionless vessel who just clock in. Worst first experience with a tax expert."

"If there was anyway to leave a review without or negative stars I would do that. Set an appointment almost a week ago for today September 27th at 9am. I have email and text confirmation plus a reminder text about the appointment. I was there from 8:40am until 9:20am no one ever showed up for the appointment. I would not recommend this h&r block to anyone and will never use them again. I am on hold with corporate office as I type this."

"I've always preferred H&R...it's easy on line, with electronic signature. however I'm now finding it difficult to file with the online free version. They expect me to find a printer, and mail my return. Why? Plus I heard they require a copy of my DL. To file by mail????"
