"Their fees are high and they charge a fee for every w2 form , I could see if you were filing a long form return and had multiple 1099s and other forms. But over 200 dollars for a simple return is crazy and that was half off for first time user. On the Plus side are our tax preparer lady was was very professionadd easy to work with She made the extra money kind of shame worth it Will I use them again probably not just the reason why very expensive"
"The tax pro Chelsey Cowdrey was great she knew everything and answered all my questions very nice and professional. Even though I didn't make much money this go around I went a couple other places and they told me your not gonna get nothing by the time we take our fees so it's not worth it but Chelsey didn't care and she did them and the other places ended up being wrong I got more back than expected so I think her for that."
