"Waited for 2 weeks for a door seal and then they were to realign the back doors which required van to be put in the body shop. They didn't notify me that the seal for between the doors was in. Called and spoke to service manager, but they still didn't send the van to the body shop to align the back doors but they changed the wrong door seal. They never wrote up the problems correctly and ordered the wrong part then acted lik they never remembered that it was to have the body shop fix the doors. I left the service center with the same Big gap between back doors and dome light popping off and on and a brand new seal that never needed changed. Had to take it somewhere else."

"Making an online service appt was easy and very helpful. Work was done quickly with minimal wait time. Sierra Dieble was the service manager for this appt., she was gracious, friendly and professional. She ordered parts which arrived the next day and scheduled me for that work the next business day after that. This is my 3rd car from Spitzer Ford Hartville; their sales manager, Jon White made it a very pleasant and professional experience. I recommend them. Addendum re: work done: there was a question of warranty coverage for the parts/installation. Sierra Dieble worked to resolve this favorably. I'm very satisfied and appreciate her help."
