"Had a truck painted. The paint has never seen daylight but has rust pops. Upon removal of my $10,000 paint I have found rust on the metal under the paint, primer and bodyfiller. Jack told me over 2 years ago he would repair the paint blisters. I decided to post this and hopefully get some response. "When I saw some people complaining that this place lacks customer service and looks scary but does great work, I knew it was the place I wanted to go. I grew up in a small town in Massachusetts where my family went to a place just like this our whole lives because the prices were fair and you knew you were dealing with hard-working, honest people. I'm here for school and have been looking for a dependable place for a year now and I'm so glad I found it. Half of my bumper was hanging down after backing up off a curb, I brought it in, they asked if I could bring it in the next morning - Jack was very understanding when I indicated I needed it to just drive safely and the whole thing was done in a little over an hour for a ridiculous steal! Although the overall vibe of the place is definitely gruff, they were very generous, receptive, time-efficient, and the work was done perfectly! I will definitely be going here for all future car needs while I'm in school!"
